• Labelling of all cables in existing consumer unit
• Power off at the isolator and removal of old consumer unit completely
• New consumer unit secured to wall with 4 fixings where possible
• New consumer meter tails installed and glanded into new consumer unit with 16mm main earth
• Existing cabling installed into appropriate protective devices (MCB or RCBO’s)
• Final checks of all terminations and dead tests carried out
• POWER ON!!
• Final testing of all circuits, notification to local authority, issuing of relevant certification
